Founder & President
Sharon M. Jones is a Christian Marriage & Family Therapist, motivational speaker who has worked in the community for 20+ years with parents, families & youth both as a Health Educator and Effective Parenting Instructor. Her passion includes working intensively with victims of Domestic violence, childhood trauma, adoption/abandonment issues and at-risk population between the ages of 13 -21+.
Sharon is a graduate of Union Institute & University in Cincinnati, Ohio where she earned her BA in Maternal Child Health with a specialization in Lactation Consulting and has worked with new mothers/babies for 10+years, as a IBCLC & Effective Parenting Educator. Jones earned her dual MA Degrees from Holy Names University, Oakland, CA in Counseling Psychology & Forensic Psychology and a certification in Pastoral Counseling. Sharon is currently completing her EdD Doctoral Degree program at Union Institute & Universities with a specialization in Educational Leadership - Pre-K - 12th Grade.
Sharon has a divine ability to capture the attention of audiences with her creativity and calming nature. Sharon enjoys working in communities with troubled families, at-risk youth between the ages of 13-21+ as an advocate, emapthetic listener and Early life coach. She empowers and enlightens youth to develop their own voice, own their truth and become comfortable in their own skin, with the goal of positively changing their lives and achieving their personal goals through hard work, tenacity and determination. She is a Evangelist/Missionary with the Church of God in Christ church, headquartered in Mamphis, TN.
As a therapist, Sharon works with individuls, couples, families challenged in finding healthy places in their relationships, adult clients coping with adoption/abandonment issues as chldren. Clients with incarcerated parents and the life changing effects, clients desiring reunification with their children after incarceration. Clients challenged with substance abuse & alcohol issues, domestic violence cients. Clients with PTSD, trauma, grief and loss challenges. Clients who have have developed a sense of hopelessness, brokenness and low self-esteem.
In her spare time, Sharon enjoys writing as a non-fiction author, gospel recording artist, sharing with troubled youth, cooking and traveling as she shares her passion for life. Sharon has been married for 29 yrs. She and her husband have 4 adult children and 1 grandson.
